The Big Band Club Orchestra has been entertaining Montreal audiences for more than 60 years, treating listeners and dancers alike with a variety of outstanding and popular songs from the 40's 50's, 60's 70's, and 80's.

Sixty years ago, several, then young Montreal musicians, decided that they wanted to play music on a regular basis in what was then, a very busy Montreal music scene, with clubs, dances, shows, and special events. Montreal nightlife, and indeed, society, would not have thought of an event without a live band.

The eighteen-piece band with its 5 trumpets, 5 saxophones, 4 trombones and four-piece rhythm section offers listeners a chance to hear swing, Latin, and ballad music like it was meant to be heard.
